PayFast is a well-known, user-friendly, extremely secure payment method that requires no app download. Below are the simple steps and many payment methods you can choose from when using PayFast:

Ozow is a user-friendly payment method that enables you to make secure EFT payments that clear immediately. Which means your luxury hamper will be delivered even faster than usual. Here’s how it works:

1. Select Ozow as your payment option during checkout.
2. Select your bank from the list of 9 major South African Banks
3. Log in to your online banking using your online banking credentials.
4. Select the account from which you wish to pay.
5. Your bank will send you a two-factor authentication request either via SMS, USSD Push message or In-App authorisation.
6. Once you have successfully authorised your payment, Hamper World is instantly notified, and our team will be notified of your order.

*ABSA, Capitec Pay, FNB, Nedbank, African Bank, Bidvest, Standard Bank, Thyme Bank and Investec are all supported by Ozow.

PayFlex is an interest-free payment plan available at checkout. You can either use Payflex to pay in a few simple instalments, or as a once off payment gateway.

To use PayFlex, follow these steps:

1. Select “PayFlex” as your payment option at checkout (available for orders up to R15,000).
2. Enter your details, including your name, email, cellphone number, and South African ID number.
3. Confirm your cellphone number by entering the one-time PIN sent to you via SMS.
4. PayFlex will perform an eligibility and credit check on their side.
5. You can use any Visa, Mastercard or American Express card (Debit, Credit or Cheque) to make a Payflex payment.
6. Set your PayFlex password if you are buying on credit.
7. Once your first payment is made, we will begin processing your order, and you will receive an email confirming the estimated delivery or collection date.

Please Note: If you are not approved for a PayFlex account, you will be redirected back to the Checkout page to choose a different payment method to complete your order. Certain products may not be eligible for PayFlex payment. The product page will indicate if PayFlex is available as a payment method for that particular product.

WalletDoc is a great payment gateway to pay for your Hamper World order online.

Follow these easy steps to pay with WalletDoc:

1. On checkout, after filling in all your information, select WalletDoc as the payment method.
2. WalletDoc accepts VISA, American Express, Diners Club International and Mastercard.
3. When selecting WalletDoc, it will open a new screen, allowing you to choose between Debit/Credit Card and “Click to pay”
4. When selecting card, it will ask you for your card details and once entered, you click the pay button.
5. Please note most banks will ask for 3D verification.
6. As soon as payment has gone through, you will be redirected back to our website and receive an email with a notification.

Struggling to pay? You can also scan our WalletDoc QR code and make payment that way.

This method of payment is also known as a direct bank transfer or electronic deposit. Kindly note that funds via EFT often take up to two working days to clear. We must receive full payment in our bank account before we ship any goods. For same-day delivery, please use Ozow, Payfast, WalletDoc or Payflex.

How to do an EFT

• Log in to your online banking site and go to payments.
• Make your payment directly into our bank account with your Order ID as the payment reference.
• Send the proof of payment directly from the bank to info@hamperworld.co.za
